I have been a successful HR practitioner and manager for over 15 years.  Over the years one thing that I have always seen, HR being brought in when something bad was going on in a company. I just wanted to show organizations how to preventively deal with employee relation matters and form policies that create positive work environments.  

This is why I started Humanity in HR back in March of 2019. The companies that I've done work for are typically ready for change. They're on the front end of it and understand that they can't implement change without HR expertise.
